Chocolate Tarte

For the ground you need a tender dough bottom. You can buy it from the grocery( that´s easy and fast) or you bake it by yourself by a normal tender dough recipe in a tarte form after direction
ingredients: 25o g Butter, 200 g Powdersugar, 1 pinch salt, 500 g flour, 4 eggyolks, 4 tablespoons cold milk;).

Well, now we come to the yummy filling !
140 g salted Butter, 150 g Chocolate for cooking(70% cocoa),
8 tablespoons Cocoapowder, 1 pinch salt (important), 4 whole eggs,
200 g sugar, 3 tablespoons Golden Syrup or Maplesyrup,
3 big tablespoons sour cream or creme fraiche;

Put the Butter, Choclate, Cocoapowder and salt in a bowl above a pot with
boiling water and let it melt slowly. Please stir it from time to time. Mix the eggs and sugar in another bowl, add the Syrup and the sour cream or créme fráiche. Mix well the melten Chocolate cream with the egg - sugar mass
and than fill this mass into the prebaked tender dough ground. Give the cake into the oven and let bake 40 - 45 min. at 150 degrees C. Take the cake out of the oven when it has a lovely and yummy crust, let cool the Chocolate Tarte for 45 min. before serving.
You best serve this Tarte with seasonal fruits, for example Blueberries, Strawberries or Raspberries and some sweet cream.
